Mr. Rajinder Singh (CEO) founded the organization in the year 2008. Under his supervision, our company has surpassed its competitors in the industry.

We introduce our self as a tool manufacturer & component supplier to the engineering /automotive industries. this is proprietorship MSME unit , established in the year 2008.

We deals in all types of Press Tools , jigs and fixtures , round and profile punches , gauges (receiver , snap , ppg and spl. gauges ) , sheet metal & tubular products etc.. We have in house design & development facilities.

Infrastructure
Our well-furnished infrastructure is divided into manufacturing, R&D, quality control, warehousing, and packaging departments that work in sync with each other. Our professionals work smoothly at our infrastructure with the help of the modern equipment.

Facilities
All our products are tested for high quality at our quality checking facility. They are checked with instruments like digital height gauge, dial indicators, digital calipers, micrometers, depth bore gauges, Rockwell hardness tester, and slip gauge set. Besides this, we also have a modern tool room facility comprising CNC EDM wire cuts, tool room machinery, and vertical machinery.

• Qualification : Diploma in Mech. Engg , Advance course in  Tool Design &  Metrology & Engg. Inspection, Auto Cad, one year course in TPM , one year course in QC Implementation and training in QMS Lead  Assessor etc.
• Experience  :
  
  • Worked as Tool Designer with M/S Hero Cycles Ltd. Ludhiana from 1982 to 1984.
  • BSMC R&D Center ( a Pb.govt. UNDP assisted project) - as a Tool Designer from 1984 to 1996
  • Citizen Press Components – as Gen.Mgr. -1996 to 2007
  • New Swan Group –as Gen. Mgr. -2007 to 2012
